Checklist app will dramatically simplify, and accelerate the process of creating and managing the Inspection checklist process. This application leverages the power of Kahua collaboration and workflow to make it easy to manage, share, and evaluate the status of a checklist(s). Exceptions that require special handling can be more easily identified.

Checklist app allows you to create a custom checklist document to manage many processes including Inspections. The application supports recording and tracking Exceptions that are observed to ensure proper corrective actions are implemented.

• Create Checklists that include Yes/No, Open ended, Unit, and Scale questions and Date and Company selection
• Checklists can be done ad hoc or recurring scheduled activities
• Checklists can be workflowed to include up to 3 signatures
