Overview

PreQual Manager is designed to simplify and improve the qualification process. The app provides a directory of qualified bidders that is continuously refreshed. Access to the directory is permission based.

PreQual Manager leverages the power of Kahua collaboration to make it easy to manage, share, evaluate and store prequalification data. This app provides the capability for your company to control all aspects of qualification scoring and approval. Your company will have the capability to set unique line weights and benchmarks for auto scoring, determine the levels of due diligence, limit or involve as many in the process as desired. In addition, the highest levels of access control, permissions, documentation and audit trails are incorporated in each step of the process.

This suite of applications was designed to provide the option to outsource the qualification approval process to a fee-based certification expert.

The app supports general and project specific prequalification requirements:

• Centralized corporate qualification activity:
    1. Invitation
    2. Statement of Qualifications (Receipt, Review, Scoring, Approval, Directory and Renewal)
    3. Qualified Subcontractors (Library of approved Subcontractors)
• Directory of your approved subcontractors that supports decentralized access. Field management can easily access the directory to use robust search capabilities and identify candidates. In addition, field management can easily request updates or initiate the release of a new invitation.

The app produces a ConsensusDocs 721 Subcontractor’s Statement of Qualifications, a General Statement of Qualifications and a Project Questionnaire. These reflect industry best practice formats.

All data entry (i.e., financial data) and document uploads (i.e., Bonding Letter) are shifted to the applicant.
