Leapem Architect’s Supplemental Instructions

• Create and track ASI’s per project
• Utilize workflow to send ASIs to appropriate contracting parties
• Capture responses from Contractors, Consultants, Engineers and Owners

This application is utilized by the Architect to issue additional information or interpretations which should not result in change of intended work. This application creates forms and business processes to enable the Architect to provide more details or clarifications on contract documentation in accordance with the Owner Contractor agreement. This form is not intended to change contract sum changes, however occasionally this may result in additional forms that will result in contract sum changes and/or time. If Contractor is issued an ASI and they feel contract sum will be changed, additional documents will be issued from the Contractor.
