Overview

Maintaining continuing education records to track and document staff completion is an essential process.

Continuing Education allows firms to seamlessly manage and track continuing education requirements for professional licensing. Continuing Education eliminates the headache of tracking staff CPE hours with cumbersome spreadsheets and email. Continuing Education allows you to establish requirements/renewal dates and monitor staff member’s progress with a few clicks of the button. Key features of the application are:

  • Maintain records on one unique database
  • Auto and/or manual alerts to staff members and management when deficiencies and deadlines approach
  • Track progress of hours of completion and hours remaining by each individual requirement (specific subject requirements, annual minimums, etc.)
  • Staff members fill out their own information and attach proof of completion documents for verification
  • Create reporting with an easy to use reporting tool

Continuing Education includes standard configuration and workflow allowing you to use it out of the box with little to no setup required. Or if your licensing requirements are unique, custom forms, data fields, workflows, and reports can be created in a fraction of the time compared to other industry applications.

Continuing Education also enables the data to be easily shared across other apps internally such as Employee Profiles and The Kahua HR suite of apps.
