The Value Engineering process requires a coordinated effort across the entire project team to discover potential areas where the optimum value of a facility, both during construction and operational phases, can be realized. The Value Engineering app allows project participants to log and track the life cycle of these Value Engineering records from creation, quoting, approval and implementation.

Features include:

• Identification of Value Engineering records
• Initiate Bluebeam® markups from files attached to Value Engineering items
• For Assemble® users, use Kahua integration tag areas of interest or to visualize potential design changes
• Create items to distribute tasks and gather quotes from impacted contractors
• Collaborate back and forth using Kahua® comments feature
• Capture Task based approval from stakeholders
• Integration with other Kahua apps like Contracts, Change Orders and Work Breakdown
