Overview

Vendor Performance Rating provides a simple automated process to evaluate and monitor vendor and supplier performance across a company. The app is designed to collect a performance rating for suppliers of contracted services (project suppliers, subcontractors, facility maintenance contractors, etc.). Note: Must have Cost Management Suite license as these surveys are driven off of Contracts Apps.

The app creates and maintains a summary for each vendor or supplier. The summary is supported with a listing containing each of the vendor’s contract performance ratings.

The app automatically sends a survey and collects a response in the form of a rating for all service contracts (project contracts, facility master service agreement, etc.). The responses are summarized for review and reporting. In addition, the app relays the summary and most recent results to PreQual Manager.

A core ingredient of the application is a standardized form that contains ten (10) points of evaluation coupled with a five (5) point Likert or "Summative" scale. The tenth question is "Would you hire again?" and requires a yes or no response. The use of a standardized form provides consistency across the company and makes it possible to accurately summarize and report results and set metrics to measure improvement over time.

This is a domain or corporate level app that operates across all partitions or projects. The app is designed to task the manager in charge of each project to evaluate the performance of suppliers and subcontractors that work on their project. The app develops a database of ratings for each supplier and subcontractor that is summarized and available for users that have access permission.

Automated Distribution

The app automates the following steps:

• Distribution of survey and rating requests to Project Managers/ Superintendents
      • Auto Send Rating forms for each Subcontractor (ID) listed in the Cost
        Management Contract App
      • Select to send on the project end date (or a date in advance) listed in the
        Project App
      • Opt for a desired Frequency (Weekly, Monthly, etc.)
  
• Collection of completed ratings including follow up for delinquent responses
• Summarizing and maintaining individual records by supplier or subcontractor
• Reporting
• Posting to PreQual Manager for reference when prequalifying and making short list decisions
